By booking or using our services, customers agree to the terms listed on this page.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

1. General Service Terms

 

By booking a cleaning service with Next Level F.I.E.R.C.E. Property Care, the client agrees to:

 

Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.

 

Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items before service.

 

Respect agreed-upon scheduling and arrival windows.

 

Understand that all listed prices are estimates and may vary depending on home size, condition, and service needs.

 

Approve any price adjustments before additional work is performed.

2. Payment Terms

 

Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged.

 

Accepted payment methods include: Cash, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, and card payments via Wix.

 

A deposit may be required for large jobs, first-time deep cleans, move-outs, and specialty services.

 

Late or failed payments may result in a late fee or rescheduling restrictions.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

 

Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a $25 fee.

 

Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged 50% of the service cost.

 

If cleaners arrive and cannot access the home within 15 minutes, this is considered a no-show.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

 

If you are not satisfied with part of the cleaning, notify us within 24 hours.

 

We will return and re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost.

 

Refunds are not offered for completed services, but corrective cleaning will be provided.

5. Safety & Working Conditions

 

For the safety of both clients and cleaners, we do not:

 

Move heavy furniture

 

Clean hazardous materials

 

Enter areas with infestations (fleas, roaches, bedbugs, etc.)

 

Clean mold, bodily fluids, or biohazards

 

Work in unsafe or aggressive environments

 

 

Failure to disclose unsafe conditions may result in refusal of service and/or additional charges.

6. Items Not Included (Unless Added as Add-Ons)

 

The following tasks are not included unless specifically added:

 

Inside oven

 

Inside fridge

 

Baseboard detailing

 

Window tracks or interior windows

 

Carpet extraction or shampooing

 

Organizing services

 

Laundry services

 

Pet-related deep cleaning

 

Move-in/move-out detailed extras

 

Post-construction detailing

 

Ozone deodorizing (future service)

7. Damage & Liability

 

We take great care while working in your home.

 

Accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

 

We are not responsible for items that were already damaged, loose, unstable, or improperly installed.

 

Items of high value should be stored safely before service.

 

We reserve the right to repair, replace, or reimburse at our discretion.

8. Photos & Documentation

 

Photos may be taken for quality assurance or proof of service.

 

No identifying information will be included.

 

Photos will not be used for marketing without client permission.

9. Right to Refuse Service

 

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

 

Conditions are unsafe or unsanitary

 

Harassment or inappropriate behavior occurs

 

Payment is withheld or declined

 

The home’s condition exceeds what was disclosed at booking

 

Pets are aggressive or unsecured

10. Pricing Adjustments

 

All pricing listed online represents starting rates.

Final pricing is determined by:

 

Square footage

 

Number of rooms

 

Condition and buildup level

 

Time required

 

Add-ons requested

 

Travel distance (if applicable)

 

 

Any change in pricing will be discussed before service begins.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service with Next Level F.I.E.R.C.E. Property Care, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to all Terms & Conditions listed above. Continued use of our services also constitutes agreement to any updates or changes to this policy.
